Welcome to AI Prompt Hub. By accessing or using the website at https://aiprompthub.pro (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What We Provide

AI Prompt Hub is a free library of AI prompt templates designed for small business owners. The prompts are starting points intended to be customized with your own details and used with AI language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. We also offer a free downloadable prompt guide and an email newsletter.

2. License to Use Prompts

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, modify, and use any prompt on this Site for your personal or business purposes. This means you can:

• Copy prompts and paste them into any AI tool.
• Modify prompts to fit your business, industry, or writing style.
• Use the AI-generated output in your business (emails, marketing, content, internal documents, etc.).

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish the prompts as a collection (e.g., creating a competing prompt library, selling a prompt pack, or bundling them into a product for sale).
• Scrape or bulk-download prompts for the purpose of republishing them.
• Claim the original prompt templates as your own original work.

For clarity: using a prompt to generate content for your business is always fine. Repackaging our prompt collection for resale is not.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Prompts are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI outputs vary based on the model you use, the version of that model, your settings, and the specific details you provide. We do not and cannot guarantee that any prompt will produce a particular result.

We work hard to make every prompt useful, but AI technology evolves quickly and results will differ across tools and over time.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing AI output before use. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. Always review, edit, and verify before publishing, sending, or acting on any AI-generated text.
• Compliance. Ensuring that the content you create and publish meets the legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements of your industry and jurisdiction. This is especially important in regulated fields such as law, healthcare, and finance.
• AI tool terms. Complying with the terms of service of whatever AI tool you use (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We are not a party to your relationship with those providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The AI Prompt Hub website, its design, branding, and the curated collection of prompts are our intellectual property. Individual prompts that you copy and customize become your adapted work. The original prompt templates remain ours.

If you share or reference a prompt publicly, we appreciate (but do not require) attribution to AI Prompt Hub.

6. Email Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive emails from us about new prompts, AI tips, and occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you emails within 7 days and remove you from our active lists.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Prompt Hub and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of the Site or any prompt.
• Any action you take based on AI-generated output produced using our prompts.
• Interruption, errors, or unavailability of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Prompt Hub and its owners from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you create using our prompts.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections 3 through 8 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify subscribers by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
